By using a BattiseBuilt app, you agree to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

These Terms apply to BattiseBuilt apps, including:

Additional BattiseBuilt apps may be added over time.
App Store Terms
BattiseBuilt apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold.
Unless a custom end user license agreement is provided, BattiseBuiltapps use Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Purchases and Subscriptions
If an app offers paid features, trials, or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Restore Purchases
If an app includes paid features, use the Restore Purchases option inside the app when available to restore eligible purchases.
User Content
You are responsible for the information, notes, photos, records, and other content you create or store in BattiseBuilt apps.
Do not use BattiseBuilt apps to store unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
No Professional Advice
BattiseBuilt apps are productivity and organization tools.
They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, construction, engineering, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information, calculations, exports, reports, or estimates created with the apps.
App Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue apps or features at any time.
We aim to keep apps useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

BattiseBuiltapps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BattiseBuilt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the apps.
