Common support topics
1. Reporting a bug
If something is not working, email us with the app name, your device model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the issue.
2. Restoring purchases
If the app offers subscriptions or paid features, purchases are handled through Apple. Use the Restore Purchases option inside the app when available.
3. Managing subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Data and exports
Walkthrough is designed to help you keep jobsite records organized. If export features are available, use the in-app export or share options.
5. Deleting app data
User-created app data can be deleted inside the app where supported, or by deleting the app from the device. If cloud sync is added in the future, update this section.
